Back Office

As a tenant at WTC Schiphol Airport, the Back Office provides support with a variety of services, including:
  • Submitting service requests, reporting issues, and expressing wishes related to technical and facility matters.
  • Registering suppliers for the building’s parking spaces.
  • Signing in suppliers for loading and unloading activities at the building.
  • Requesting goods lift keys for suppliers.
  • Requesting parking vouchers (monetary value cards).
  • Requesting WTC passes.

If you’re expecting visitors outside of our regular hours, don’t hesitate to reach out via email as well. Please include the visitor’s name, the date and time of their visit, and the name and phone number of your contact person within your organization, along with the tower and floor.
